Two Injured In Overnight Bridgeport Shooting

Bridgeport Police are investigating an overnight shooting that left two people injured.

The shooting took place around 11:15 p.m. Thursday on Harral Avenue where a person was grazed by a bullet on their shoulder, said Av Harris, director of Legislative Affairs/Public Policy for the Bridgeport

Arriving officers found the victim at 548 Harral Ave. Police said a possible vehicle involved was described as a black Toyota which fled south on Center Street.

A possible second victim showed up at Bridgeport Hospital at 1:10 a.m., Harris said.

The Detective Bureau responded to see if both shooting victims were involved in the same incident, Harris said.
